CoinfloorEX models regulatory best practice and is preemptively compliant with regulatory guidelines to ensure the security and limit counterparty risk for our clients and their funds.
As part of the application process, all prospective CoinfloorEX customers must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes. This process requires you to provide proof of identity and pass verification checks.
At the initial stage of the application process, you will be requested to provide your email address and set up a password. Once submitted, you will receive an email with a link to confirm your email address.
Once you have verified your email address, you will be directed to sign into your CoinfloorEX application using the same email address and password. NOTE: The email confirmation link expires after 15 minutes and should be clicked only once.
At this stage you will be requested either use a YubiKey or provide your phone number and install the Authy App to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) protection for your account. You will not be able to progress the application process without 2FA in place.
